Lockdown 3:

All at the Wright Estate Agency welcome the news that the housing market can remain open throughout this new lockdown period starting today. My team and all at Wright's will continue to play their part to keep both movers and buyers safe.

Once again, I urge buyers now more than ever, to take advantage of our virtual viewings to get the information they need before progressing.

Our offices remain open, but our doors are closed, we very much welcome any calls and emails, however small to ease any concerns.

Tier 4 Restrictions & the Property Market

With the Island as of today now in tier 4, non-essential shops, pubs, restaurants and gyms will have to close, although schools will remain open. The housing market will also remain open under tier 4, and house moves will be able to go forward no matter your tier level. There are extra considerations that homeowners on the Island and in effected tier 4 areas will need to take into account to ensure they're staying as safe as possible throughout the process.

Now more than ever, buyers and sellers should take advantage of our virtual viewing to get the information they need before progressing. Our offices remain open on an appointment-only basis, and we very much welcome any calls and emails, however small to ease any concerns.

Whether you're buying or selling, 'move on up' with us in 2021 as we all do our part staying safe and vigilant.

It's back to work for us and the housing market!

Due to the latest news from housing secretary Rober Jenrick stating that estate agents, conveyancers and removal companies can restart work with immediate effect.

We are now back working from our islandwide offices and have a clear plan to enable people to both search for or move home safely.

It's the start of a new era as we act in both a responsible and safe manner. We already have the tools in place to enable services as before which include virtual tours, video viewings, appraisals and electronic contracts and information.

All office environments allow us to be socially distant from one another, and if the need arises for a face to face meeting, we will be able to do so on an appointment-only basis.

Rest assured we not only look forward to moving out of our homes to get back to the office; we are delighted that we are now able to help you to get moving out of yours.
