We believe that estate agency isn’t about simply selling the property.

It’s about what happens beforehand and how we dedicate our time to understanding what our clients want to achieve. How we interpret that and what we do about it can have a huge affect on someones life and we make sure we always remember this is not and has never been a property business, it’s a people business.

That’s why we pride ourselves on our people, many of whom have been with us for more than ten years some for much longer, and who are highly trained and experienced to guide you through the process, and offer the highest level of friendly customer service along the way.

Our service isn’t the cheapest – nor would we want it to be. We value your home and recognise it’s your greatest asset, we want to offer a service that reflects that. Often the charges that look cheaper can end up with extras; it can cost you money or even worse, you could lose your dream home.

That’s why we believe that ‘no sale-no fee’ remains the best way to sell and we only get paid on results. Not paying commission isn’t the greatest misery, but paying and ending up with nothing would be very ... unfortunate.

Chris Julian
Negotiator

I joined the Freshwater team in January 2017, and being able to work in such a beautiful location as the West Wight is an amazing opportunity. I take great pride in working with a team that puts our clients and the service they receive as our top priority. I have a keen interest in history so learning all about the properties & locations that I come across in this job is a fun experience, which I am more than happy to bore my friends with whilst I’m off work socialising.

Julie Arnold
Director

I have worked for Wright’s since 2006 covering multiple areas of the Island and worked in the Freshwater office since 2008. Over the years I have experienced many changes in the market, rules and regulations which has given me the experience needed to deal with sometimes stressful and emotional situations. I always strive to make sure my work ethic remains customer focused and treating everyone as an individual and not just a number. When I’m not at work I love cycling as much as possible and enjoying the stunning countryside the island has to offer.

I first worked for The Wright Estate Agency from 1998 until 2003. I really enjoyed working for the company, so much so I have now come back! I like the interaction with people, especially as I am based in East Cowes where I live, it is lovely to see so many familiar faces. Outside of work I love spending time with my husband and daughter, having family and friends round for something to eat and trying out new recipes – not that they always go to plan!

Having grown up in East Cowes it is great to see familiar faces of local people that have also stayed in the town. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my partner, going for walks and have a new found love for holidaying in our caravan.
